Laevia Srl with registered office in Verona, via Ca' di Cozzi 41 CF and VAT number 04300370238, registered with the Verona chamber of commerce, REA VR-408929, laevia@pec.it, is the owner of the website www.laevia.it ( hereinafter laevia.it). Customers who use the services available on laevia.it will fully and unreservedly accept the General Terms and Conditions of Contract described below. These Conditions apply to all orders placed, by any means provided below, for all items and services offered on laevia.it.
General conditions of Sale
This is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code). The contract which has as its object the sale of movable goods between Laevia Srl and the consumer, or the customer, must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Laevia Srl. The acceptance will be sent via a confirmation email from Laevia Srl to the email address communicated by the customer when placing the order. By placing an online order, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these Conditions and the payment conditions as provided by Laevia Srl.
These Conditions and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Laevia Srl, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Laevia Srl. Any modifications and/or additions to the Conditions will be effective from the date on which they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the Conditions is the one available on laevia.it. Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the customer is required to print or save an electronic copy of these General Conditions of Sale.
Purchase methods
The customer will only be able to purchase the products present in the Laevia Srl online catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at laevia.it, as described in the relevant technical data sheets. The image attached to the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics. When the order is accepted, the customer will receive a summary email from Laevia Srl, with which he will be informed that his purchase proposal is being processed and will be considered accepted, unless otherwise communicated by email sent by Laevia Srl within 3 days of calendar from receipt of the summary email; after this deadline the internet contract is validated.
Laevia Srl reserves the right to cancel orders considered unreliable without notice.
Laevia products can be ordered directly on the laevia.it website by sending an email to customercare@laevia.it or by calling us on 045 2224277. The order will be processed and shipped via GLS courier or other express courier within 24 hours upon receipt of payment via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. The package containing the goods you ordered will be delivered by the GLS courier or other express courier within 24/48 hours following shipment, for Calabria and the Islands 3/4 days.
During holiday periods, shipments may be subject to delays beyond the control of Laevia Srl. We only accept orders with delivery within the territory of the Italian State. As regards the delivery address of the package, we recommend the customer to report the address where he is physically located, alternatively report the address of the workplace or of an easily available relative, carefully filling in all the data (house number, surname on the doorbell, extension number, scale etc.) to avoid non-delivery of the package itself. Upon delivery of the products by the courier, we advise the customer to check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and does not present any damage or obvious alterations. Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by the customer who must affix in writing the wording "control reserve" on the copy of the document which remains with the courier, specifying as best as possible. the reason as detailed as possible: the type of damage, the package number, etc. Once the courier document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the characteristics of what was delivered.
Shipping costs (Italy)
For orders equal to or greater than €49.00, shipping is free. For orders up to €48.99 a contribution of €5.00* will be requested (* for Calabria and Islands €8.00).
Terms of payment
All product prices published on laevia.it include VAT and may be subject to change without notice.
PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Payment can be made with credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express or with the Bancomat Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay applications, managed by the secure NEXI platform or with a PayPal account, via a secure server managed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure is Laevia Srl able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card or other payment information, transmitted via a secure connection directly to NEXI or PayPal which manages the transaction. No computer archive of Laevia Srl contains or stores such data. Under no circumstances can Laevia Srl be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use by third parties when paying for products purchased on the laevia.it website.
Advance bank transfer
In this payment method, the order will be managed only after receiving confirmation of credit from the bank.
The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number, the customer's name and surname. The bank details to make the transfer are:

This payment method is valid exclusively for shipments made to ITALY.
Cash on delivery is a form of payment for goods purchased remotely, which allows you to pay for the object not in advance, but upon its arrival at its destination. For this payment method a cost of €4.00 will always be charged.
Payment must be made solely and exclusively in cash to the courier upon delivery of the package.
Right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate by e-mail, fax or registered letter within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package the desire to return the purchased goods indicating:
- the desire to take advantage of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
- the indication of the product for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- the data relating to your bank account (IBAN, or alternatively institution, agency, current account, ABI and CAB)
The refund will be made within 14 working days. Laevia Srl may however withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have sent them.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal has been broken. In case of incorrect purchase, the goods will be replaced only if returned in intact packaging, the costs of returning the product are borne by the recipient, the product can be replaced or refunded.
The customer undertakes to check the integrity of the goods as soon as they are received. In the event of manufacturing defects, the customer must promptly contact Laevia Srl to agree on the replacement of the product.
Jurisdiction
This sales contract is governed by Italian law. For the resolution of disputes arising from the conclusion, interpretation and execution of this contract, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Verona.
