HOW DO I CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS TO PURCHASE?

You can see some of our products already on the home page of the site. Furthermore, by clicking on the category items at the top left you can access the list of all our products.
To find out the specifications of a product, just click on it to access a dedicated page, the product sheet, where you will find the description, functional activities, methods of use and ingredients. On the same page you can choose the quantity of packs to purchase and the "buy" button will allow you to add the products to the cart.
If you already know the product you want to purchase, it will not be necessary to enter the page dedicated to the product but simply click the + sign which you will find at the top right, near the product image and which allows you to quickly and easily add the product in your cart.
Every time you add a product to your cart you will be able to check the total and shipping cost.

HOW DO I PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS?

When you have finished choosing the products you want to purchase, go to the cart and click on the "proceed to checkout" button.
At this point you can choose to log in or proceed with the purchase without registration. You can create an account later with the data entered.
To purchase products, registering on the site is not mandatory but it only takes a few minutes of your time and allows you to enter your billing information only once. With each new purchase, part of your data will be filled in automatically, saving you time.
To allow us to ship in the best possible way, pay particular attention when entering your data: you will have to choose the shipping address, making sure that at the address you have chosen there is someone who can receive the package with the products.
In fact, the shipping address may be different from the one entered for billing. Immediately under the billing information section, by clicking on the send to another address field, you will be able to enter the address where you want to receive your package.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?

Once you have entered the shipping data you can move on to choosing the payment method. Payment can be made by credit card/Paypal or by bank transfer.
After choosing the payment method and having checked the summary of the products you are about to purchase, you will have to consent to the processing of personal data and the conditions of sale and click on "proceed".
If you choose to pay by credit card/Paypal, after entering the data you will arrive at a page where you can enter all your account data or, if you do not have a PayPal account, your credit card credentials and finalize the payment.
If you instead choose payment by bank transfer, after filling in the data you will arrive at a page where you will find the references to make the transfer.
Confirmation of payment and of the order placed will arrive immediately after finalizing the purchase to the mailbox you indicated by filling in your personal data.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

On the "Conditions of Sale" page you can find all the information relating to the policy, which indicates that, in Italy, for orders equal to or greater than €49.00, shipping is free, while for orders less than 48, €99, a contribution of €5.00 will be requested.
Shipping costs for abroad, however, change depending on the geographical distance. When you fill in your shipping information and enter the country to which you want to ship the products, the exact amount of shipping costs will be added to your cart.

WHEN WILL THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED ARRIVE?

The products will arrive directly to your home via GLS courier or other express courier.
If you proceed with the purchase before 12.00, your order will be processed the same day and will arrive at your home within 24 hours.
Otherwise, if the purchase is made after 12.00, the order will leave the morning of the following day and from that moment it will arrive at your home within 24 hours.
